Microsoft forbids class action lawsuits within new Xbox Live terms

Contained within the new Xbox Live Terms of Use, Microsoft added clauses that prevent users to bring a class-action lawsuit against the company in regards to changes in the Xbox Live service. These new sections were added prior to the release of the Fall 2011 dashboard update that rolled out last night.
